Appointments comprise of three segments-

Talk therapy on sexual history and anything present regarding your relationship with your body, births, pleasure, anatomy, trauma, desires.

Guided somatic meditation including gentle breathwork and signature massage to assist the body and nervous system into a parasympathetic state.

External and internal massage, guided tour of anatomy and integration of emotional, mental and physical sensations with your sexual organs.
