On the third Thursday of every month in Crescent Head a group of women will gather together and be guided home to themselves with creative movement meditations, sensory activities and a dose of grounded spirituality.

The intention for these circles is to create a space for the realness, the raw expression, a place to learn about ourselves whilst playing with a less serious tone of child like wonder and a healthy spot of humour.

This will be a place where we can relocate our centre, find that powerful balance between the masculine and feminine energies of ourselves and reattune to them within nature as though we have liberated the little girl inside of us.

What will we find? Our purpose, our truth, our roots, our kanyini.

Here we can become more aware of our personal relationship dynamics with self, with others, with the land & with our own unique dreaming and pathways.

To allow the power of group dynamics to support a courageous life, to step into self response-ability yet still have permission to be unapolagetically YOU.
