Hayley Fleming from @earthedintimacy will be speaking of what’s important to consider when it comes to self attunement & using self exploration for healing trauma or achieving deeper states of arousal.

The class will also cover basic anatomy, communication skills for expressing boundaries, needs and desires, parasympathetic arousal meditation practices and opening the cervix to the heart/emotions to promote deeper states of arousal and self healing.
