I facilitated a 3 hour session for Natalie down in Wollongong NSW. I travelled down there for a week in 2017 to see 8 clients and run a YONI + YOU workshop for a dozen women.
Natalie explains her personal experience receiving internal bodywork.
Natalie explains how she feels the yoni energy is a womans life force. Its where creativity is birthed and she wanted to tap into that.
Facilitating for Natalie was an honour she really used her breath and the current of love she holds within to embody every part of the session.
I recall the comments afterwards she made about how youthfull and alive her eyes and face appeared.
Its often the women who arises from the table looks so radiant and so connected and younger than the woman who got onto the table.
