WOMB ACTIVATION BREATHING EXERCISE.

I have guided hundreds of women and often couples to participate in what i like to call OCEAN BREATH - - - - - to allow the waters within us and within the mothers womb to be connected to and experienced energetcially.

Like a meal its always nicer when someone creates it for you, this is so wonderful to have it facilitated for you but its also lovely as a SELF FACILATATED SOUND HEALING.

Here we go…..

We begin with mouth gently closed and breathing in and out via the nostrils.

Slow, gentle & long inhalations and exhalations.

You will notice that you’re able to do this without making much of a sound.

What makes it the OCEAN BREATH is playing around with tongue positioning and throat activation until you hear a soothing oceanic sound (an almost snoring sensation)

Visualise the waters within rising and falling with the tidal sounds you’re creating with your breath.

TIde comes in, tide goes out, tide comes in, tide goes out.

If you’re pregnant you can imagine your baby floating around in its very own ocean inside you.

Visualising the water lapping up onto the sand helps too,
