What are my TALK THERAPY sessions like?

Facilitated in person or over the phone/zoom these sessions are different to your usual life coach approach that is focused on high positivity, goal setting and go go go attitudes and nor do they feel like traditional counselling or psychotherapy where we go around and around in what can feel like circles talking over your traumas, your past, your current problems, just long enough for you to get sick of hearing your own stories.

I’ll challenge you gently using the power of present moment awareness.

Guiding you to become more curious about your issues.

You may find yourself laughing or even laughing & crying at the same time as we untangle some knots in your mind body & spirit that are not serving you or your relationship with others you love anymore.

Be prepared for parts of you to die and re birth. Be prepared to make peace and make friends with your most shamed parts of the self.

I’m there to support you to find out how that will look for you as the unique individual that you are and remind you how it doesn’t have to look like you might think.

The sessions are full of presence and potential, they are interactive, creative, intuitive and powerfully led by the moment.

There’s a perspective you may not be seeing, this will reveal.

There may be a communication style you could benefit from practicing or a boundary skill required for you to create the outcomes you’d like for yourself.

For these sessions I require your birthdate, place of birth and time of birth.

Sexuality issues, conflict resolution, shame, body image, weight issues, parenting, self sabotage, relationships, grief, heartbreak, self worth, business innovation, birth, pre or post natal….

There’s nothing we can’t talk about.
