A guide to meaningful connections.
A Guide to Meaningful Connections
Apart from having a relational dynamics chart reading from me and learning how to utilise conflict to generate intimacy here’s a few things that also helps ….
1. Cultivate a connection with each other based on shared thoughts and ideas, as mental compatibility sparks lasting attraction. Just asking questions about their reality, why they love things, their opinion on things…
2. Encourages mutual healthy habits; wellness and vitality can be magnetic qualities in fostering intimacy with a partner.
Good energy and enthusiasm for life is attractive.
3. Prioritize loyalty and honesty – the foundation of a strong and trustworthy relationship. This includes saying the truth even when it’s hard. Gone are the days of “protecting” someone we love by not sharing things with them they’d like to know so you don’t hurt them. If you need help with this reach out.
4. Inner peace and self-esteem are attractive qualities; radiate positivity from within by attaching your energy to soul nourishing activities and creativity.
5. Generosity and kindness create a warm and inviting atmosphere in any relationship.
How can I show them I care right now?
How can I be generous with my words, my sentiment, my time, my touch?
6. Embrace the ability to give and receive love, fostering a deeper connection with your partner. Let them impact you in the best way rather than assume the worst about their intentions. Breathe them in…. Tell them when they make your heart flutter or when they make you feel safe, respected, loved and supported.
7. Create resilience and strength; shared challenges can strengthen the bond between two souls. Do new things together, do challenging things together, set small goals together, have hard conversations and learn how to expand via conflict.
Remember, you’re on the same team.
